He has also been in charge of the Office of the National Bank Ombudsman, a position that drew on his listening skills and concern for customer satisfaction. Jean-Sébastien has a Bachelor's degree in finance from Université du Québec à Montréal and an MBA from HEC Montréal. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Jean-Sébastien has two young daughters who keep him very busy. He continues to enjoy playing tennis, a sport that he taught when he was young.
